Dear RHPOA Members,

We do hope you are a faring well and enjoying the start of summer.

At the recent meeting, the RHPOA Board resolved to reschedule the Annual RHPOA member meeting for Tuesday, October 13th pending more substantial mitigation of COVID-19 community spread. We will monitor this over the next few months and send out a follow-up announcement toward the end of September to confirm location.

In the meantime, please review the latest efforts to update the RHPOA Articles and Bylaws, available on the Member Resources page of the website.

NOTE: The Member Resources page on the website is password protected. You can get the password for access by replying to this email or by contacting your knoll representative.

Also available on the Member Resources page is a summary of the Articles and Bylaws to help you follow along. If you have questions or concerns, please speak with your knoll representative(s) and we will do our best to address those before presenting documents for a vote of approval at the annual membership meeting.

On the Member Resources page, you can also find minutes from the latest board meeting as well as the latest water quality report as conducted by the IOWA DNR.

Last, the RHPOA Board decided to go ahead with our annual July 4th Fireworks on the Lower Pond. This will occur in the evening on Saturday the 4th around 9:30 PM, but feel free to arrive earlier. If you do plan to attend, please be mindful about limiting the number of people you invite, wearing masks and maintaining social distance as the community spread in Johnson County continues.

Regards,
The RHPOA Board
