News
Annual meeting on Tuesday, May 12 – Join us for our annual RHPOA member meeting on May 12, 2026. All neighbors are welcome! At 6:30 p.m., a rep from ImOn Communications will describe options for new internet access. At 7:00 p.m., the meeting will begin. Please ask your Knoll Representative for more details, or refer to the community-wide email and Facebook messages distributed on May 1.
Notarization for the RHPOA covenants – A small number of RHPOA members still need to turn in their notarized covenants. At the annual meeting (May 12), RHPOA Board Members who are also notaries will be available to assist you. You may also have the RHPOA Property Manager notarize your signature at her Coralville office. If you would like to learn more about the covenants before signing, please contact your Knoll Representative or join us at the annual meeting.
New water quality report – The latest River Height water quality report is now available. It's posted on the Amenities page.
Cleanup day on May 30 – We welcome your participation in our upcoming cleanup day. This time, we’ll concentrate on the ravine and trail. Learn more about our neighborhood beautification on the Amenities page. We’ll share more details as they firm up.
