With quick access to Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty, the neighborhood is ideal for those wanting to be close to a city while enjoying the benefits of nature.
The River Heights Property Owners’ Association provides residents with necessary and useful information, helping to promote a dynamic community.
News
- Lower Pond Repairs – The Lower Pond and adjacent dam are being repaired by Maxwell Construction. They have pumped down the pond, making it unsafe to be on. No one is allowed on the pond or the dam trail during this work. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is a needed repair to save/maintain our lower pond.
- Annual Meeting on April 14 – Join us for our yearly community-wide meeting on April 14, 2026. We hope all neighbors will join us to discuss how to keep River Heights going strong! We’ll share more details as the date approaches.
- Cleanup Day on May 30 – We welcome your participation in our upcoming cleanup day. This time, we’ll concentrate on the ravine and trail. Learn more about our neighborhood beautification on the Amenities page. We’ll share more details as they firm up.
